I am a huge fan of street food, food carts and most of all lunch trucks. Imagine how I felt today after seeing this teaser photo for a pizza truck being deployed by Pi Pizzeria here in St. Louis.
Seeing this bad boy roll down the street should generate excitement that is usually reserved for the the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile or dare I say it - Ecto 1 driven by the Ghostbusters.
