Welcome to the website that I use to document food, drinks and lifestyle in and around St. Louis, Missouri. The focus of my writing is classic American culinary styles and road food. I am constantly on the lookout for new places to research, visit and share with my readers.
I also enjoy to cook, grill and barbecue for friends and family. I look forward to sharing the recipes, tools and techniques that I use in my day to day cooking.
For me, food not only nourishes our bodies, but the bonds between people. I hope that my writing conveys the importance of people, food, drink and history coming together to improve our daily lives.
